At Stroqe, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return, Refund & exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through www.stroqe.com. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility Criteria & Timeframe
We accept returns under the following specific conditions within 5 calendar days of delivery.
- Damaged Product: Items received with physical damage, including tears, stains, or broken components
- Defective Product: Products with manufacturing flaws such as faulty zippers, irregular stitching, or material defects
- Incorrect Product: Items that do not match the ordered product in size, color, or style
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted for prepaid orders only.
- Exchanges are allowed for both prepaid and COD orders.
- Return cost: ₹100 per product (covers reverse shipping and packaging).
Note: For eligibility, we need proper unboxing video and images of the product showing the defect and original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Products purchased during sales, promotional events, or at discounted prices
- Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage not present at delivery
- Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging
- Items that have been altered or modified from their original condition
- White or light-colored products
- Products purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Color change requests (only size changes allowed)
Note: If your required size isn’t available, you can select another product of similar value (price adjustments apply). Refunds are issued only in the form of Store Credit in this case.
4. Return Process (Prepaid Orders Only)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at www.stroqe.com
- Go to Order History and select the item you wish to return.
- Click Initiate Return and specify your reason.
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
- Once approved, you’ll receive the return instructions and pickup details.
- A ₹100 return fee per item applies, deducted from your refund amount.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues of the same product (example: ordered Black S, need Black M).
- Limited to one exchange per order
- Subject to stock availability of the requested size
- Exchange fee of ₹100 applies per exchange
- The exchange process begins only after the returned product clears quality inspection
6. Exchange Process
- Initiate exchange request similarly as described in Section 4
- Select 'Exchange' as preferred resolution
- Pay the ₹100 exchange fee when prompted
- Once returned item passes quality check, exchange is processed
- Exchanged products will be delivered post verification
- New item is shipped with updated tracking information
7. Quality Verification Process
All returned / exchanged items will undergo a comprehensive quality check:
- Inspection is completed within 3-5 business days of receiving the order
- We verify the product condition against the return / exchange reason
- Products failing quality check will be returned to the customer at their expense
- Customers will be notified of the inspection results via registered email
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Carefully review product descriptions and size charts before placing an order
- Inspect packages upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours of delivery
- Maintain original packaging until sure about keeping the product
- Ensure returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
- If there were any size discrepancies, the images/video of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team
- If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only within 3 hours of placing an order
- Cancellation fee of ₹100 will be applicable after that
10. Defective or Wrong Product
For damaged or defective items received:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs/videos showing the damage/defect
- We may arrange for product pickup or provide specific return instructions
- Replacement or refund is processed after verification

11. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders that pass our quality verification.
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
- It may take 5–7 additional days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.
- Shipping and ₹100 handling fees are non-refundable.

The ₹100 charge covers:
- Reverse shipping
- Quality checks
- Packaging and handling

13. Late or Missing Refund
If you haven't received your refund:
- First check your bank account or card statement
- Contact your bank as processing times may vary

- We will investigate and update you on the status

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
